She is organized, knowledgeable and is an experienced designer. Olivia, her husband, and their team were the most professional group of people we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Every call and email were answered immediately. We had no idea on how to go about this process, so we just left most the decisions up to Olivia. Our couch, ottoman coffee table, 4 smaller ottomans, and 8 arms chairs were reupholstered. They also painted a 1970’s Drexel Heritage bedroom set and a foyer table. Everything turned out beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. It was a joy to work with Olivia. "I had two sets of wood blinds that were in need of repair and refurbishment. The decorative tape and the crosspieces that hold the wood slats in place were disintegrating due to age. They were able to accommodate me with a Saturday appointment, came and took the blinds down, took them back to the shop, and had them re-installed within a week. They were very professional and I would be happy to use them again. There are very few companies that will repair wood blinds--they all want to sell you new ones--but in these times it's important to reuse and recycle when possible. The Blind Repairman is just the company to do that for you."

"Mr. Banks was courteous and professional on the phone and in person when he measured our windows and showed us options for light blocking shades. We paid a $400 deposit on top of Angie's List coupon value of $500 (out of pocket was $199 for coupon). We thought the additional deposit was high considering the money already invested along with the coupon value. We ordered 6 shades on 5/27/15 and were told we would have our shades in three weeks. Due to extenuating circumstances (Mr. Banks was out of town for an emergency) our shades were installed two months after ordering. While I was unhappy with the long wait time and sporadic communication I am very happy with the installed shades. One of the blinds had a small defect in the fabric that we noticed on install and Mr. Banks brought a new one out the next day and installed it. Overall I feel certain that we would have had the promised three week turn-around if the family emergency had not occurred.
