"Lou did a fantastic job with my pool. The job initially started out as a concrete repair job, but quickly turned into a full tear out and replace of the entire pool skirt and fill underneath it. He and his wife took the time to explain every step of the process and to go over the contract in every detail. My wife and I really appreciated their taking the time to go over everything with us and explain every cost involved in the job. Lou is very responsive and would return my calls promptly whenever I had a question. In addition, even after the job was complete Lou has called to check in on the work and make sure everything is going well with the pool. "Flawless. Showed when they said they would. Measured everything. Factory then made everything to their measurements. Install went as expected - good. Cleaned up good, too.
That said, we had 25 or so windows, including sliding doors and picture windows, custom-made. Manufacturer(Alside) guaranteed them for life, against anything.
Since '08, we've had 4 fail, one cracked, three seals failed, one a good sized picture window.
Carefree has worked seamlessly with the supplier(Alside) to replace each one, even sending out an installer when required.
So, we're pretty darned satisfied.
