Guillermo he came right out. He is after working for a large air conditioning company he is starting out on his own. Very very knowledgeable, most polite, and he did above and beyond fixing the conditioner. He took down three filters and washed them. He was so reasonable I gave him extra $ 50. "The dealer wanted $950. Precision did it for $600, as quoted using original mfg. parts. Owner asked what else was wrong with the car and I told him that Toyota wanted to clean the injectors....well the owner here said that cleaning injectors was the biggest scam in the auto industry and went on for five minutes as to why.   When I picked it up, he said my steering was making a small knock and that was the rack and pinion and I could wait until it got worse before having it repaired.  This is a small shop but has integrity.... a rare commodity."
