"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Sev was a total gentleman & didn’t mind letting me know the problems he was having while diagnosing the overall situation, which is very important to me. He also put up with my tiny rugrat as he lay on the floor to get to wires & she fighting to get to his ankles for a good cleaning! Thank goodness the owner was there to intervene! Really, though, Sev went out of his way to make sure I had AC today & not a moment later! He even threw in a much needed extra in order to make sure my ac was cooling at top speed! "Repair was done on my daughter's car who is in college in California, I live in Colorado. The owner spoke with me on the phone prior to doing the repair to explain issues with car. His assessment was consistent with the problems my daughter described to me. The price was very reasonable for all the parts and labor. The job was completed quickly and they stayed past closing until my daughter could get there to pick up car. They accepted my payment over the phone and offered to check her fluids and inspect car periodically in the future for free. I think you will be very satisfied using this garage as this and other reviews have clearly shown.
