"I had a problem with the wiring in my thermostat. The service tech was very professional and did a great job. I could have not been more satisfied with him. What got me is they have fixed pricing policies and to do a simple wire fix cost me $287. I thought this was extremely high for what was done. I also was disappointed that they do not have a Senior or a Veteran discount program. I thought all quality businesses had at least one or not both of these. At 76 and on a fixed income I could have used a break with the cost of repair. Had it been a more serious repair I might have understood the high cost, but to just make a wire adjustment the cost greatly exceeded what was done. Very disappointed in the company policies, but their tech was really great."
