"First of all, Evans is very helpful. It's hard to find a technician that is willing to service 20+ year old HVAC systems. He also took time to explain the problems with the system. A technician who explains things is a good technician in my book. Second, he is considerate. He offered different solutions at different price points, explained the pros and cons of each solution and let me decide. Not everyone can afford or is willing to replace the entire system if it can still be repaired. I'm glad I came across a technician that still offers repair solutions to an old system. To make a long story short, I would recommend this guy, especially to those who need to have their old AC system serviced."

Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. They also suck at follow up customer service. They didn't call to see if I was happy with my installation or to see if I wanted a service plan. Oh well. Their loss."

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue!
