This included excavating and trenching the line from a tiny crawl space, redirecting the line to a much more practical location outside the house, adding gravel around the new pipe, reconnecting the line to the unaffected section, and complete and tidy cleanup of my yard, all in two days. "Brian has saved us a few times from house leaks. The first time the main was cracked somewhere, pouring water into our driveway. Brian responded to our call for help very quickly, came out the same day and gave us a very reasonable bid (unlike the few other companies we called which asked for large emergency fees before coming out and didn't even have time to come out immediately - 24 - 48 hours out for a main leak!). Brian found where the leak was coming from after digging for a few hours, patched the main line, and installed a new main shut off (previously a wrench was required to toggle the water to the house), all for much less than other companies quoted over the phone. The second and most recent time Brian came out was to assess and fix a downstairs can light leaking water. Brian responded quickly and came out the same day we called. He quickly found the upstairs toilet seal was no longer viable, resealed the toilet, and cleaned out the leaky can light, again for a very reasonable price. "Excellent experience with Jacob and Blaine from Seatown. They piped a gas line over to the tankless water heater and installed the heater. They removed the old heater and cleaned up the area. The quality of the work was very high. Both Jacob and Blaine were very personable and polite. We have already booked Seatown to upgrade our electrical panel and replace our old knob and tube wiring and sockets. Highly recommend Seatown."
