"Spring broke around noon on Friday. I called Precision who last worked on our garage doors in 2011. Made an appt. for Saturday between 12:00 noon and 2:00 p.m. Got a call from Alex Martin of Precision about 10:00 a.m. and said he could come earlier if that was okay. I said yes. 30 minutes later Alex came did an inspection and then the work to replace the springs and do other maintenance. The Springs were replaced a no cost as they were under a lifetime warranty. I did not realize the springs were under warranty. Great news on a Saturday! I love Precision!"

"It went very well and I am a hard person to please. I believe the guys name was either Larry or Jackie. After my phone call, he traveled 10 miles to my house the next day. He diagnosed the problem of rough/jumpy wheeling rolling quickly. He had the right tools and parts to quickly replace both ball bearings and wheels. He did not mind me looking over his shoulder so I could learn something. He was an interesting person to boot. I would highly recommend him. I found Garage Door Service Co through Angie's List and was glad I did. I was very happy with the price but felt bad afterwards for not tipping him."
