"They are awesome!! They were here a long time ago and put in my speaker system for me. I called them back for this work. I wouldn't take anything for them. They definitely know what they're doing!"

"They really try to get to the appointment at a reasonable time so I do not have to wait long. They really know what they are doing and they are nice guys to work with. I trust the work they do for me. Usually two or three guys come out to the project. The results have always been good."

"My service professional was a very pleasant man. My appointment time was 8:00 am, but at 7:45 am when he saw that he was not going to arrive on time, he called to let me know, which was a considerate gesture. The serviceman also explained things as he went about diagnosing and then fixing the problem. The only problem I encountered with the work process was the serviceman should have made a list before his trip to Lowe's, as it took him a few trips back to Lowe's to get all of the needed materials. He serviceman, however, was very accommodating about his mistake, and subtracted some of the work time from my final bill."
