They showed me other products and services they offer, but did not pressured at all. They were able to get up shelving quickly. The technicians also answered all of my questions. I saw no room for improvement. If the technicians had any problems, they would ask me beforehand. They just did a great job of keeping me involved in the job. I was very pleased."

"Bob was very attentive to our needs and priorities. He pushed us up in his schedule to do the pass-thru to the master bedroom early so that carpet that was scheduled to be installed did not have to be delayed. Bob never skimped on fixing things right when he uncovered some new "suprise". The house was built in 1972 and has a few quirks. Bob never complained or asked for extra's, but was always willing to do any additional things we found along the way that we wanted done. He was very reasonable on any additional work we requested. Bob was a delight to have around the house and we hated to see him go when he was all finished. Very calm, cool and trustworthy. We feel we have made a new freind and will use him again in the future and would highly recomend him for any bath, kitchen or room remodel or any handyman project you may have. He is very reasonably priced and no job is too big or small for him."

They were extremely polite and pleasant to work with. They had great attention to detail and were very organized and efficient. The floors look absolutely wonderful. I was so impressed with the job they did that I asked them to go ahead and put down vinyl plank in the connecting hallway. The whole job was very well done - couldn't have asked for better service. I had a real problem with trying to get that resolved. I currently have their service as a home warranty. They had two different companies come out and one was never resolved and the other was completed the day they came out. The area was left clean,"
