"This review is for the carpentry company A&R Juarez Framing LLC. The primary owner/carpenter is Victor Juarez, Angel Juarez and Ruth Juarez. This is a family owned business that takes great pride in their work. I needed a company to put a roof over a outside pottery kiln and was in the bid process. The major things that stood out from this company and Victor and the others that called was that A&R Juarez Inc. was Arizona Register of Contractors (ROC) licensed, surety insurance bonded, had no filed complaints and they arrived exactly on time as they said they would and maintained outstanding communications until the minute they pulled up in my driveway. I wasn't really sure what to expect in this project in having a lean to installed on the side of our home; a disaster or a work of art. But because of Victor and staff, it came out beautifully crafted. A substantial structure that looked great attached to my home, we were really surprised at the workmanship. It was highly evident that Victor is a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work and has the knowledge and experience to make it all work. We are seriously pleased with the outcome of this project, giving Victor and his staff a "10" and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional talent. We were impressed! Well Done!"

"I originally phoned Eric, 4.5 years ago, during the build out of our veterinary clinic. I needed a matte finish, non-slip, easy clean, no grout and super durable (20 + years) floor. Eric came to my location, the same day, to explain the process and show me samples. Eric also directed me to another vet clinic, where I could see the very same floor I wanted. I was able to see for myself how the floor was holding up and talk to the people who used it everyday and were responsible for cleaning it. Eric was attentive to our timeline. His staff was courteous and professional. It’s no small task coordinating the timing of grinding and prepping the concrete, laying down the layers of concrete coating and getting the walls painted without trashing the paint or the floor. Eric made it happen, when it needed to happen. Recently, we had a small area in the floor, where the concrete itself bubbled and broke apart, which damaged the coating surface. Eric came and explained what happened. He fixed the floor in one, hassle free visit and it was covered by the warranty. We couldn’t be happier with First Class Coatings and our floor. "I left a message for Bila and he returned my call right away. He came out to give me an estimate which was more than reasonable and said he would be able to do the job the following week. His crew came in and did an excellent job on both bedrooms. They had to repair some holes in the walls and I wanted the closets painted also. The rooms look GREAT! Bila was courteous, prompt,his price was more than reasonable and I am very happy with his work. I will recommend him to my friends and family.

"Victor and his entire crew are very thorough and professional.  Chris (Project manager) is very knowledgeable and is able to solve seemingly complex challenges on the spot.    While Victor did not provide the lowest bid, he was open to working with us and went out of his way to accommodate our requests.  In fact, we initially picked the wrong deck color and Victor offered to redo the color at a greatly reduced price.  Overall we were very happy with the Mercury Team!  The before/after is quite a dramatic difference.

"It was an excellent experience. I went with them because it was the best value for price and quality. Mike and his crew were delightful to work with. It was a huge job. The did a 33x15 patio off my house and built a 33x15 deck off the pool. The patio off the house had been there for many generations, the concrete was cracked and many different colors, now it's beautiful. The deck looks so amazing people say I have my own resort out back now."
