"TLDR - Took my deposit and NO-SHOWED THE JOB 3 TIMES! All I have is a leaky roof and a useless warranty since they took my deposit and did not bother to show up. I have to say that working with this team has been absolutely brutal from the jump - getting a hold of Evan or even Sydney has been a nightmare. I just bought our home and the warranty of the old owner?s roof transferred to me. It?s a new roof so obviously I would want to work with the warranty; however, this has proven to not be so easy. Our roof had a leak at the beginning of August around our skylights. I decided I wanted to roof over them and called Big Buckle since using another contractor would void our warranty. Not only was it like pulling teeth to get Evan out here to look at the roof initially (I would have worked with another company at that point but since the warranty was with them I felt like my hands were tied) but they ended up no-showing three separate times while having my money for this project. Useless. "

"One of the best contractors I have ever hired. Diamond & 4 Brotherâ s Roofing is a family owned and operated company. Darron is the owner and a great person to work with. Have high respect for his work ethics and integrity. In my opinion, paying and getting the initial install done is the easy part. Getting the contractor back to fix any issues after the install (even with a warranty) is the hard part. This is why some pay big bucks to "known" brand name companies because they stand behind their work. Well, Darron and his company meets or exceeds these expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable, nowhere close to the big bucks.. and he always answered when I needed him. He does that even after 1.5 years after the install. "On 9/17 I noticed orange paint on my tiles after my roofing job was completed. After noticing this I called Jared, who initially drew up the contract. He told me he was in the West Valley and would come by the house. The next day I hadn't heard from him so I decided to call. After the call went to voicemail, I left him a text message to call me at his earliest convenience. Around 2:00 P.M. I still hadn't called from him so I called the office. I explained the lack of response from Jared to the supervisor and she set-up an appointment for 9:00 A.M. on 9/19. Out of the blue, Jared called me and said he was 10 minutes away and asked if I was available. I told him I was a fair distance away, but he could still examine the roof. After not hearing from him, I assumed he was coming by on 9/19. Today at 9:10 I hadn't heard from him, so I called the office again. I explained the situation to the receptionist and she told me he came by the house on 9/18. She further told me he was in the office"

"Very good experience! Orville, Martin, and their painting crew were top-notch. Initially we were somewhat skeptical that our house could be painted in only 2 days with professional quality results. But once a couple of initial delays were overcome, the work was indeed completed in 2 days and we couldn't be happier with the results.
