Friendly, very focused on communicating with me, making sure thing were going well, and understood that I wanted to keep costs down. When I say Adam had the best estimate, I mean that a well known carpentry business gave me quote of $30,000 and a well-known builder/renovator quoted me $20,000 (but at least said I get it done far cheaper with a good handyman, which is what I found) and the total cost with Adam came in just under $10,000). A friend vouched for them before I hired them, and I'll do the same if you want to work with them."

Spoke negatively about the company and made excuses as to why he could not perform his job due to lack of information from dispatch or technician manager. Said he would follow up, I never heard from him. Blessing to me, I decided to go with another HVAC company. I typically would not put names out there, but please be careful if you get this gentleman as a technician."

They also protected our existing flooring very well. You also can’t even see the patching on the ceiling. And at the end of the job, the PM let us know of a couple other issues he spotted in the attic (replacing vents) but didn’t pressure us in any way to sign them on for another project.
