"After reviewing many estimates, Micah Dean earned our business. Our first & highest estimate started @ $28K. The second estimate was $18K, OUCH!!! Finally had an estimate for $8500. Then, I received a text 6:30 Sunday a.m. Micah Dean was $7300 for the same system as the others. After reviewing our house size, we increased our ton & Seer2 size for not much more. Unlike other estimates, there was no hard sell, upcharges, scare tactics. Signed on Monday & had a new system Tuesday afternoon. I did heavy research and cost comparisons on several units.
