I CALLED TRUE BLUE PLUMBING AS RECCOMMENDED THROUGH HOME ADVISOR.. HE WAS THE FIRST TO TO RESPOND,, HE SHOWED UP . DIAGNOISED, ESTIMATED AND REPAIRED THE PIPE UNDER MY STAMPED DRIVEWAY.. A VERY DIFFICULT TASK WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY IN 2 DAYS WITH CONCRETE PATCH WORK AND HE SENT PICS TO MY PHONE OF THE PROBLEM AND AS THE WORK WAS BEING PERFORMED... TOTALLY UP AND BEYOND... JUAN IS THE GUY YOU WANT FOR PLUMBING ISSUES..."

"Review by Karni & Edward, in Burbank, CA Project: Replace faulty Pfitser tub spout (which was 16 yrs. old), with new spout sent by manufacturer, AND replace washers & springs on kitchen faucet. David & Sam came over right away, when I called for an estimate, and also provided us with a senior discount, which I thought was great customer service! David took the time to evaluate the plumbing problems we were having, and advised us, in a very patient and practical manner. David sent Sam to do the repairs, and the whole experience was VERY positive. Sam was very creative in resolving the problem with the Pfister tub spout, when we learned that the new spout was shorter than the original one in the wall; he solved the problem, and it now looks great, and works well. Sam also did a great job of replacing the sink washers and springs, so that we no longer have a "drip", and all of his work was VERY clean!!! Both David and Sam were very personable and great to work with. We will definitely call David, at Precise Plumbing (his family business) AGAIN, should another plumbing problem arise in the future!"
