She and Juan Arreola replaced the bathroom waste pipe and when I looked at the cutaway piece of pipe I saw that the pipe was packed solid with 60 years of gunk. I admire everything that Victoria tried first before going with the more extensive option. I trust Mike Counsil Plumbing and wouldn't even think of calling anyone else for my home, my parent's home or friend's homes."

Juans workmanship was excellent (neat, fast and no leaks). He recommended and installed a much better shutoff valve than I was planning on using. I would request him again. The cost was on the high side. They justify it by including an exam of your water heater (ours was fine) and answering questions on other possible plumbing issues. I could 've done without this."

We hadn't asked for him to replace the pipe, but he said this pipe needs to be replaced he was very efficient. He installed a garbage disposal and a faucet."

"I was able to schedule an appointment on my first call without problem. Randy showed up during the time window and we discussed the details of the work. He noted my water heater was old and he had some concerns around moving it to tap into the supply line as it can damage an old heater so we elected to defer that work. We agreed on where to place the new gas line and he was able to find a location to move the line to as well as installing a "box" that the gas line came out of. This involved cutting out drywall which I needed to repair but overall the work went smoothly."
