Looks like no one has cleaned the vent since the apartment was built, could not find the exit point of the vent. Jeff kept looking climbing on the roof & checking in the garage ceiling to find it. He finally found it on the outside of the building & cleaned the vent from outside in. The dryer vent was finally clear, you would not believe the lint that came out.
