"Jude called me and was understood my problem and was willing to give a free estimate. Once he got to the home, he explained that the problem was different then we were told. He quoted a price and was able to fix the tracks on my impact glass sliding door right away. we are very happy with the work and the door glides great and without any noise. Since I was not at the property, Jude send me pictures of what needed to be done and once work was finished. He also sent a video. Jude did a great job and we are very happy and will call him in the future also and recommend to friends."

"I contracted Lock Tight Impact Windows and Doors to replace all of the windows and doors in my home. I had a work crew here that did a phenomenal job last year in February. There were a few things that needed fixing and adjusting. The last of those items was taken care of today by Shawn and Steve. M. This is the second time that these personable and professional technicians came to do punch out work at my home. This last adjustment was taken care of to my satisfaction. After deciding to use this company, went through contracting the job, which was done at my house and was painless. When the time came to start the job, Ken and Phil were on time. However due to a mix up with scheduling the inspector, they could only do the inside door to the garage, which came out great. Very satisfied with the work and the professionalism of both Ken and Phil. Front door was rescheduled for January and installation went off without any inspection or other delays. In terms of customer service, I have to say that the company and Ken definitely excel at it. After completing my job he had to travel over an hour to his next job. I called him to let him know that I was having some trouble with my dead bolt, and he said he would be back that evening to take look and fix it. He showed up, just like he said, made some adjustments and even brought finishing plugs for the sidelight, that had been forgotten when the installation was completed. Prices ranged as high as $21,000.00 I was disillusioned about having the work done till one of my friends told me to contact East Coast Windows & Doors Inc as she had worked with them last year to replace windows at her home. Well, all I can say is that I am so glad I did. I met with Ed the owner who is a straight shooter and honorable man. They were prompt and professional. I got a great product and a great price. They have their own installation team and do not subcontract the installation as so many companies do. Ravi and his team were exceptional! And despite the fact that it rained the day of the installation the work was done with high quality and care for my needs. All in all, their are a lot of companies out there doing this work , but many are rip off's!
