"If I could give Pinnacle Construction & Bobby Hounsell more than 5 STARS I would. We interviewed and received estimates from 6 local companies to do a complete kitchen remodel from top to bottom. Bobby was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and upfront and honest. After seeing some of Bobby's work, the excellent quality of craftsmanship that goes into his projects, his very reasonable quote and the fact that he showed up when he said he would we decided to sign with Pinnacle Construction to do our kitchen remodel. Bobby laid out a detailed timeline with the start date and approximate finishing date. Bobby was so easy to work with. They started on the date he laid out in the time line and finished within the approximate date. I mean this company has their act together. I was looking for a very specific type of finish on our island in the kitchen. Bobby went the extra mile and met with me at several locations to see if we could find it. After not liking what I was seeing Bobby had Jason ( excellent worker for Pinnacle Construction) make me a custom Island which came out absolutely beautiful! I just love it! We always knew exactly what was being done in our home and when it was happening. Bobby was always stopping by and looking in on the project and checking the quality of work. All of the outside contractors that came in to do plumbing, electrical, etc were all professional and top notch. One more important note* - Bobby was the only contractor to look at our kitchen design of our remodel and make some suggestions. I am so glad he did as we changed a few things which made total sense , as he wanted us to be happy with our kitchen and love it. A bathroom remodel is in the future and you can bet I will be having Bobby Hounsell and Pinnacle Construction doing the work."

He actually made the experience a pleasure. "They took up the carpet throughout the condo and installed chestnut colored laminate flooring.  They also replaced the carpet on the stairs with pine treads and stained the treads to match the laminate flooring.  I really can't say enough about how good the job these guys did was.  From the day Ernie gave me the initial estimate (which matched the final price to the penny) to the day they finished the job took a little over a week.  They originally estimated the job itself would take 3 days, but were able to finish in 2.  These guys did everything they said they were going to do in the exact time frame they said they would do it, left the worksite cleaner than it was when they arrived - and their price easily beat those of the other contractors I got bids from.  I was originally concerned that the laminate flooring would be noisy, particularly because the sub-floor wasn't particularly level and had both high and low spots in it, as well as several squeaky spots.  A & A was able to level out the sub-floor and repair the squeaky spots in it before installing the new laminate. <br /> <br /> The floor looks fantastic and is now both quiet and level.  I would definitely use A & A again. <br />"

"I checked Angie's List before calling to have my gutters cleaned, but when I received Tom's estimate I decided to just replace everything; not only was the price better than what the original gutters cost me but the problems uncovered and quality of work made it well worth while. The existing gutters were only 3 years old, but were too small and improperly hung; hence there was vegetation growing in them. I had 6" gutters with Shurflo installed. There also was a 2 foot long section of soffit through which water leaked during a recent rain. The estimate for the wood work ($100) included replacing that piece of soffit plus any damage to supporting beams or trusses underneath it. Anthony and Chad were the initial crew and later that afternoon were supplemented by Richard and Jason as the problems began to surface. In removing the old gutters and rehanging the new, for example, it was discovered that the roof line of the added rear porch was 2" higher than the house itself, which means the original gutters installed had not allowed for the flow of water in the correct direction, so they never were empty. Also, as so often happens, the removal of the one piece of rotted soffit revealed wood damage extending almost 12 feet. Anthony, Chad, Richard, and Jason were able to install all the guttering except for the front of the house (where the soffit was to be replaced) before they left. Today Anthony and Jason returned with all the needed materials, including lumber and even the screening for the soffit (open attic), and completed the job. The cost for the extra 10 plus feet was only $250. Everything has been caulked and the wood surfaces are all primed, ready for me to paint. I already have spoken to them about having some reinforcement for sagging, 8-foot wooden gates early this winter and likely next spring will have them replace multiple fence posts as none of the original ones were set in concrete. These guys are really professional, showing the customer what they are doing, answering questions, polite, knowledgeable and both times their clean-up has been spotless!"
