I have purchased 3 different AC/ heat pumps from them and I have had my house vending replaced by them- needed after20 years. All were done will. Their maintenance program is expensive, my only complaint. But I highly recommend them."

"We had a really good experience. Our A/C went out on the hottest day of the year (102 degrees). When we called, they indicated they were very busy, but we got a return call within one hour from their repair person who showed up 15 minutes after the call. He found two problems with the system, had the parts with him and completed the repair in 30 minutes. Also provided a lot of good information on the current status of our system and possible replacement options. He was able to initiate an annual contract which reduced the pricing on the service call by 10% on the spot. He did not try to sell us on any higher cost work or products. We appreciated his professionalism and the fast response time - this was timely, effective work at a reasonable price."

"Fantastic! Wayne helped us order the special door we wanted, with interior blinds. In fact, he went and ordered it and picked it up a couple of months later to complete the job, as we are seasonal residents. He worked on New Years Eve, just to fit us into his schedule and we sure appreciated it!!! The door is beautiful, his work was even better and everything was clean and neatly done. "It went alright. It was not great. It took them a long time to respond, first of all, to make an appointment. Once we did get an appointment, they were only able to do limited amount of cleaning because there was pet odors in the system. So they made a proposal, asking for a lot more money, to treat the problem of pet odors. I don't know. I just don't feel like I got a great value for that $174 that I paid. Actually, to this point in time, I'm not even positive what they did. I know what wasn't done, which is a greater disappointment than what was done, because what wasn't done was what needed to be done, treating the pet odor. They claimed that they used HEPA system or something like that, that would be only good for a one-time use and they couldn't use it again. So I guess, somehow or other, if they would have used the HEPA system, which to my mind was the better system, they would have screwed up one of their apparatus, and so they basically did something less than that. That's what it amounts to. I might use them in future, but I would have a better understanding of what they were going to do and what they were charging for what they were going to do and stuff like that. Because, to me, I'm still confused today, in terms of what they were able to do versus what actually needed to be done."

He explained what needed to be done and gave me the option of providing the material for him to install. Darryl arrived on time and I was impressed how organized he was. He replaced the rotted frame and lattice with materials I provided. He kept the worksite clean and organized throughout the job. I would recommend Darryl without hesitation."
