"Repair work after a lightning strike did rather severe damage to wiring in my barn. Repair work in the barn went well. A grounding rod needed to be installed at the house...Being familiar with electrical work myself, I would have preferred a neater dressing of the connecting grounding wire inside the house running to the circuit breaker panel. Otherwise OK. I'm not familiar with the "going rate" for electrical work, but the price vs time and materials seemed a bit high to me. On the other hand, like with any business there are costs such as vehicle maintenance, taxes, insurance, etc etc, that the customer doesn't see."

In April 2020 we had our house re-roofed, and the lightning rods had to be removed before the roofers could work. He is a fantastic representative for the company, as is the owner, Jason. I've not met Jason, but I've spoken with him a couple of times on the phone. "I was pretty happy, except that I made repeated requests for a written invoice, and I don't know if they ever responded with a written invoice. They worked on the outlet and it should be working, but they won't come out and fix the outlet, so it is still not fixed. There were no additional charges. No matter if a work is done as a deal work, if they don't stand behind their work no matter how small, it is not worth it. It is going to cost me money to repair the outlet that they supposedly fixed. It was a very good deal and they didn't charge me anything extra."

The bad part was scheduling and punctuality. Didn?t hear back for almost two weeks after initial contact. They just didn?t seem all that interested in my business. The day of the appointment, they did not show up in the agreed upon window 9-12 - and did not call  to let me know they would be late - I had to call them. Finally arrived at 3:15. I did appreciate that they owned the problem and were apologetic, but this doesn?t make up for the time pressure this caused me as I was trying to get out of town on a business trip the next day. 
Again, the installers were top notch. But how they run the business end - getting back to the customer in a timely fashion, scheduling the work, arriving on time, giving courtesy calls - this is where this company falls far short and drops off my radar in terms of ever using them again. As the customer - who paid up front on an Angie?s Deal - this was far more difficult than it needed to be.
