"My bathroom walls were getting wet after every rain So I thought the chimney might need a cap. The chimney was like a 100 years old and was never kept in good condition. I was told that the upper part was deteriorating. The chimney mortar was crumbling. They rebuild it from the roof upward and a lining was put inside and top with a cap. So far the walls in the bathroom are not wet from the last rains. They were great, they did the job in one day and thoroughly clean up afterward. They worked so hard to put that lining through that chimney, an exhausting job because the opening through the chimney was awkward size: small. I was watching as they worked and saw first hand the patient and how very careful they worked. They made sure as they worked in my basement hooking the connection to my gas heater and water heater the disruptions in the surrounding were kept to a minimum. Very professional. I got lucky finding them. My chimney looks absolutely beautiful."

"It went great!   Double Tree answered my initial call and made arrangements for
 Josh to meet me at my home during my lunch break. 
He arrived on time and had already assessed the work to be done.
He provided the lowest quote for the take down, removal of all wood, and
grinding the stump.  I had six different companies quote prices.
I was nervous about the entire process since the tree was smack dab in
the middle of my house.   I emailed several questions and they  was
always prompt with responses.   I asked for their insurance certificate
and I called the insurance company directly to ensure that the policy
was still in effect.   Everything checked out, so we set a date.
The crew arrived on time and got to work.  They cleaned up every stray
branch and piece of dust from the property.  At my request and without
additional charge, DOUBLE TREE team  cut a branch off a maple tree that was damaged
in the last late snow storm.
I will definitely call them again for general pruning work."

"Overall, it was great experience.  They arrived on time.  One person worked outside and one inside.  A mat was laid in front of the fireplace, on the floor to make sure no soot or other dirt fell or spilled on our carpet.  A gadget with a camera was snaked up the flue to take pictures and pictures were taken on the outside of the chimney (with a 35mm camera) to show the condition of the cap. 
The findings were explained and recommendations were made.  
I only had the cleaning performed and took their recommendations under advisement.  I don't recall the exact amount of the service as it was almost a year ago.
The service people were clean, professional, courteous and answered all of the questions I had.  And I would definitely use them again!
They were very easy to contact and schedule the appointment.  Their in house customer service people were just as friendly as those in the field.
