"We needed replacements windows for two large picture windows and a garage window for our 60s split level. Our friends recommended Exact, who had replaced the windows in their home. We were not disappointed! John came out right away and was great to work with through the whole process. He was patient and provided multiple quotes in a timely manner. Pricing was in line with our budget and after viewing the sample product, we decided to replace 8 of our other old, drafty windows. Exact went out of their way to get the measuring right and to help choose window types and styles. They suggested a picture window to replace the set of double hungs we had in the garage (which we had never opened). Also, Paul made a special trip to show me interior wood colors, as I had one window that required a wood finish(the rest we kept white). Once we were ready to go, the windows were ordered and a few weeks later delivered. The installation took a little over a day and a half. Great crew of guys. They worked really well together. I had a concern about the way the windows would be trimmed out on the exterior on the second floor. Paul came up with a way to beef them up so they popped more. The crew was on time and very tidy. They took extra care adding insulation and trimming out the interior woodwork around the two large picture windows. Beautiful job, especially like the extra wide sills (our cat just loves them). They hauled away the old windows - same day, so no mess. All in all, we are just in love with all the new windows. They have really dressed up the curb appeal, improved energy efficiency (no drafts) and made our home more comfortable, beautiful and modern. We highly recommend Exact!"

"I chose Classic Builders over others for my oversized 2-car garage because they were reasonably priced, included all the permitting/survey, and were local. They were also flexible as I went from using my own electrician to deciding to add that back in. Despite an encroaching winter, it was finished in time for me to have my snow thrower and vehicles inside before any major snowstorms. Brian was always responsive to calls, inquiries, and changes. The quality is excellent, and no hidden costs. In addition, when the city indicated it was not in compliance with one of the local ordinances, there were no issues with them coming back out and making things right. Highly recommend."

"Truly a full-service company - we just had our 6th project completed by Closets by Design last week. Our installer, Jake, did a fantastic job, taking his time to make cut outs for the outlets. When the project was completed, he made a recommendation that we have a trim piece along the desk. Our house is over 100 years old and the floors and walls are uneven (especially in the corner where we had this desk placed). He discussed options, placed the order, and had another tech come out today (the next business day) to install the trim piece. It was the perfect finishing touch and we could not be happier with how this project turned out. We had intiially ordered a desk from a furniture company, but the shelf and drawer sizes were all wrong and some of the drawers didn't open all the way. Closets by Design gave us the option to purchase a truly custom desk."
