They did a good job removing the mold in my attic. when it came to replacing the insulation, they failed miserably. first, they didn't buy enough so they pulled the insulation batts apart thickness-wise and spread that out. so the insulation was less than half of what they were supposed to do and half didn't have the paper vapor barrier. when i called them on it they added more insulation on top but still wasn't enough and still didn't have paper. tried a third time. independent inspector said it was passable but definitely not professional. then I had RISE engineering take a look.they said it was the worst insulation job they've ever seen. had to pay another company to correct their lousy job and bring it up to code."

I treat your new home like a big book, and we will turn the pages together so by the end of the inspection, you will know as much about your new home as I do. I then write a comprehensive, narrative report complete with color photos that is emailed to you that evening. I also offer follow up consultation for any report I write.

In the process of the inspection he explained what he was looking at, the reasons for looking and what he might have found and then what he did find. We had lots of questions but he also repeatedly asked us if we had more questions. We feel that we have as good a grasp of what the pros and cons are about this new (for us) house as we can. The report is thorough (with pictures) and he will be sending us a bound copy that we expect will be our house book/bible from here on. We felt like we were his only concern. He had no skin in the game on whether we bought the house, his only concern was to educate us."
