"Anthony, Orlando, and their crew were extremely professional.  They started by arriving early  and immediately got to work. They were extremely respectful of my house, and were careful bringing in their gear. It was raining all day, and yet, they managed to keep any water, mud, or grass from coming inside.
They took care of everything. Sanded and primed the walls, removed nails, fixed holes and seams, and carefully moved all the furniture. You couldn't ask for a better crew. Their communication was excellent and I was always aware of their progress.
Once they readied the rooms, a huge task, they meticulously primed the walls and ceiling, followed by two coats of paints on the walls and ceilings.  They took great care in making sure the paint went on smoothly and quickly.
So all the rooms were done in a day! Simply awesome results. I will hire Anthony, Orlando, and their crew for the next job, and recommend them highly.

"We experienced an electrical surge caused by a neutral ground fault from the electrical supplier.  Septic tank controller/Alarm/Timer was damaged and was not working.  I contacted highpointe electrical to diagnose the repair.  My first impression of the owner, Mr. Johnson was outstanding.  He Immediately  responded to my call and we agreed on an appointment time.  He called before arriving at my location with an arrival time he expected to be on site within 10 Min window.  Lo and behold he arrived exactly at the time he said he would.  That started our professional relationship on a very positive note.  He inspected the controller and determined that it was not repairable and needed to be replaced.  I ordered a replacement and we agreed on a date to install the controller.  Again he arrived at the time agreed upon exactly.  He proceeded to reconfigure the mounting pedestal and installed the controller to my complete satisfaction.  He made sure that the pump controller worked with the existing tank mechanics before leaving.  I would recommend this company to anyone who need electrical repair."

"It went very well, he is a licensed electrician and he changed all of my old s12 sockets to energy efficient sockets so that I could use my electronic devices and not blow circuits.  I was being charged each time I called in a help ticket.  So I called Mason Electrical Services and had him come out and take a look . He came out and took a look at the problem and gave me an estimate .and I was really satisfied on the price.  He arrived promptly on 8 March 2014 had everything he needed to work with, and completed the work it only took a couple of hours and the job was done.  In that time he installed a ceiling fan in my bedroom with a remote.  He didn't make a mess.  I would definitely recommend him to others needing electrical services in the future.

"I can't say enough good things about Live Electric. Anthony spent a lot of time with me in the planning stages (that he was not paid for) which was really important. He gave good advice on the number and placement of recessed lights and switches-- I was having a hard time visualizing the lighting in the finished space. He gave advice not based on his profit, but what he thought I really needed or didn't need. He did the same with the bathroom lighting and stereo surround wiring and placement. In fact, if not for his advice, I would have spent more money overall for unnecessary lighting, wiring and speakers. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
