"It went very well. They did a good job. The cost was over $400. I don't know whether or not that's too high or not. I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. I needed something and he was happy to get it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. As for the quality of their service, so far so good. Everything went okay. It stopped leaking."

He didn't mind one but answering all of my questions, and allowing to watch and learn as he work. I would recommend him any day, and will ask for him when calling for future servicing. My scheduling of the appointment was very professional and left me feeling at ease in a stressful time.
