I did something wrong of course once he left to my garage door opener and he returned the next day to help with fixing my system and app on my phone. "It's rare these days to find excellent customer service. But it's the norm at Garage Doors, Parts & More. Eric Acuna and his crew exceeded my expectations while installing a new garage door. This wasn't just a crew. This was a team and they were facing what I would consider a tough canvas to work with. The garage was built in 1970. It had a garage door sometime in the 90's but it broke apart and was never replaced. The garage was full of leaves, wasp nests and spider webs galore! Eric and his team, Dustin Waite and Noah Greer, removed all the debris and got started. When they finished the job I went outside to check it out. The new garage door looks beautiful! My garage looked cleaned up, too! This team delivered a quality product, were professionals in every aspect and it was clear that their main concern was that I was pleased with the job. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
