"Blakely did the plumbing work on a new bath that we put in last year (everything turned out great!), so we were familiar with the company when we called them for this additional service for the old bathroom. Initial inspection was performed by Mr. Blakely himself; followup installation was done by his assistant. Both are cordial and professional in manner. Work was completed well and in a timely fashion. We also discussed a longer-term project to replace our kitchen sink, and were invited to visit the Blakelys' own kitchen to view one faucet option. Not the kind of treatment you'd get from Lowe's! Would definitely recommend this business.

He took the time to consult with me on how we could decommission my previous septic system, laid everything out and made himself available for questions, and then I was allowed to make an informed decision. That is just the kind of excellent customer service I needed considering it was a big job requiring extensive digging in order to set up a new drain field and tank for my septic.
