"My experience was far above par! All round repair & more were very professional and knowledgeable about what was needed to repair my home. Not only that but they responded immediately and were able to help me the same day! They got my drain lines back to normal and even better than how they used to be! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs their slow drains repaired!!!"

"The Cass plumbers were polite, Covid sensitive and meticulous in their approach to our bizarre problem. Maurice came first and snaked all the lines and knew we needed a camera to find the clog. No charge for that! Andrew came in to scope the situation and recommended hydro blaster. Still clogged, found the clog and started digging. All resolved. Iâ m very happy. Thank you Cass Plumbing!"

"two projects involved... a drain clean out and repair and a comprehensive re piping. Orlando and son for the drains Glendon and Steven for the re piping Both crews were skilled professional and tireless in the completion of the projects. All issues or "hiccups" were addressed immediately. Well done... I know whom to call for future needs/services."

"The project was unclogging a toilet. Worker augered it in about 15 minutes and charge $99. It was a reasonable price (going rate in this area). Plumber also tried to interest me in purchasing other products/services (drain cleaner and new toilets for $750 per toilet with installation and warranty) from his company which I declined."

"after the plumbing was completed, I questioned why it was still so expensive since I provided the parts and he was only here for 1-1/2 hrs. He said no he could not give me a break. I will never use this company again, because I feel so used and they did it because they could. They are a rip off! Caveat Emptor. I argued the point and we settled on a $224 rebate that they bartered with me no less. I was told that the check would be sent to me within 15 days. My checks cleared on 24 July and I am still waiting for my rebate, I have called twice now and will be calling again today. They have since called to tell me the check is in the mail and maybe it is lost. If I believe that, I bought another piece of "the bridge." These jerks are impossible to deal with, and please be CAREFUL while dealing with them. I am unhappy to say the least."
