I wanted to change out the sliding glass door on what used to be the front our garage to a large window.  Erik and his crew removed the existing door and started demo on the outside hardee board siding and the inside drywall.  They reframed the wall to support a large 9x5 window.  Once the window was installed they added osb and housewrap to the outside and finished re siding the exterior wall.  They also replaced the drywall on the interior wall.  To finish the job they jackhammered what was left of the concrete ramp coming into what used to be the garage to make it look more like it was just another room in the house.  I wanted to save money and do some of the work myself so I did all of the painting and added the window trim.  Everything was done as agreed upon in a timely manner.

"I had several years of drainage problems which led to fungus problems. RH Enterprises educated me on the underlying issues and designed a solution to correct it. He performed the grading and installed a French drain system. He then layed sod throughout my yard and provided several weeks of treatment until the new sod was established. He also educated me on how to control the fungus issue going forward.

"Sears' package of services allowed me to worry very little because they coordinated all the trades. Sears has a longstanding reputation for standing behind their products, something I had not found to be true with other contractors I had used in the past. Thecarpenter/job coordinator who did the refacing work was wonderful to work with, making minor modifiations as necessary to fit my needs.  I had not originally intended to purchase new appliances, but Sears offered me such a great discount that I added a new cooktop, double ovens (which required some cabinet modifications), and a dishwasher, which were installed by the carpenter.  He also coordinated the quartz countertop and flooring installations. Having never needed repairs of this magnitude, we called half a dozen contractors for estimates.  After looking them over we settled on Haber because they were local and had an easy to understand estimate.

The day we called Barry to tell him he was our choice, he had a crew out to close up the roof. He did this even before any paperwork was signed.

Over the  next two weeks, repairs were done in a most satisfactory way. There were a few days where his crew had to work around our schedule.  Even then the work progressed faster than expected.  Dad was able to stay in the house during the repairs.

We had the roof and underlining roof structure repaired , the entire roof got new shingles.  The damaged rain gutters were replaced. The master bath was completely rebuilt, and painted. Master bedroom ceiling was painted.  Holes in the kitchen ceiling were patched and the entire ceiling was painted as was the front room.  Cracks in the kitchen wall were patched and the entire wall was painted. 

And some 35 feet of fence was replaced.

Cables for the TV were re run.

At this point

we determined there would be money left over , So we had 2 exterior doors replaced , new Gutters installed on the other 3 sides of the house , and some landscaping issues resolved,  topsoil and a large area covered with grass sod.

The job was done in less than 2 weeks. All trash was removed.  The house looks great.

I would recommend Haber to anyone.
