"The drop off was great, the gentleman delivering the roll off was professional. The only disappointment was they were unable to pick up the roll off on the pick up date (wasn't until about a week later they were able to come out and grab it). While it may seem peculiar to complain about having the roll off a few extra days, it smelled and I was ready for it to be gone. Overall I would use them again."

"There was a misunderstanding. I'm just a residential person. I have no experience in this. When she got here, she couldn't take certain things because they're considered construction, even though the ad said yard and home. I ended up paying her another $100 to get rid of some cement parts and rocks. So, I kind of was disappointed. I think she is working really hard and she is doing the best she can do. But I think she needs to be much clearer. Maybe my feedback is irrelevant because I was stupid. But I think the average person doesn't realize there's different types of rubbish or debris or trash. How would somebody know that? I didn't feel like I even got my $99 worth because of the rocks and cement parts that I wanted her to get. Maybe the quality of her work would be great if I didn't have to consider I paid double. She was pleasant enough. She was not mean. Her grandson was sweet. They responded pretty quickly."

"The jackhammered the concrete around the entire perimeter and installed drain pipes, put in a sump pump, and recemented the floors. Prompt courteous and professional.
They need to come back to do some minor additional work, but the what they did do was very well done.
