"They were prompt in getting to me. The price quoted was a bit higher than that listed as average, but not too high. The installation itself seems good. The issues I had were in how things were left after the installation of the new hot water heater. 1) the little plastic front legs on dryer were broken off (from moving it), 2) the laundry room where hot water heater is, was left in a mess, 3) my garden hose that was used to drain the old water heater, was just thrown behind shrubs in front yard (it was coiled under the faucet before they used it)."

"We just recently purchased this home (within 10 months). Over time we have come to find out that there have been many corners cut and major repairs needed. J.L. Wright Plumbing came to our rescue! They were quick, professional and overall reasonably priced. We would definitely hire again. I gave 4 stars for quality, as once they were finished and left- I heard this overwhelming flow of water under the house. I went to turn off at the water heater and it did nothing (meaning busted pipe under). I ran out and shut off the main valve (after trying to get it flush to turn....)- after which at least 75 gallons of water had been disbursed under the home (watched meter- costing us more money in water bill and time of return). I called JL and they came right back and fixed everything correctly. Excellent communication and the (Office Manager?) woman I spoke with was very polite, professional and overall very helpful! Thanks so much!"

I knew I would have to call the professionals because if anything broke at least they would be insured. Tipton called and came out 30 minutes later to fix my sink. It took the repair guys maybe an hour to fix it. They knew what they were doing and they didn't mind my dog sitting there watching them bc my dog is very curious. I knew it would cost a bit of money to get just a simple sink fixed but it was worth it bc they knew what they were doing. I highly recommend this company.."
