Long story short, older GE furnace started leaking water from unseen rusted coils (thought is was the condenser unit). The tech adviser, Jeremy, evaluated the extent of the problem, gave me choices (cost comparison and warranty information) and placed an order as quickly as possible knowing 90+ temperatures were norm in August! Their administrator, Bethany, kept me informed regarding obtaining the parts from out of State (COVID19 slowed down shipment from local parts warehouses). Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
