Another company was sent over earlier from our warranty company to diagnose and treat the problem. He stated that you couldn t not access the line from within the house so he d have to dig outside to access the pipe so our warranty company wouldn t cover the costs. We believe that he was just trying to screw us over or get out of having to do the job. I am very glad with did our research and found Edin because he was able to access the line from within the crawl space (no digging required) and was able to rule out tree roots as the cause.
