He definitely kept his promise about how meticulous his work would be. He always showed up at the agreed time and inspection passed without any problems. Price was very reasonable. When should you hire Peter? If you are looking for somebody who completes his work as promised with a high quality standard (even if it might take a bit longer). When should you not hire Peter?
