"What a great crew! They really helped us after Hurricane Ian! We had a national brand who had done some initial clean up for us but who couldn’t do the mold remediation work. When THIS team engaged, they also identified things the initial vendor didn’t do correctly or should’ve done differently, and they resolved those problems … including discovering mold BEHIND our shower because it was originally tiled over drywall vs cement board!! We wouldn’t have found that until it rotted out. They crew was knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. We gave them our keys to come and go as they needed. We felt they treated our home with care and they did a really good job. The house is dry, mold-free, mildew-free, no smells, all the studs were treated, and we are now ready to drywall and put in flooring. Thank you to this amazing crew! "I can't say enough good things about H2O Restoration. I really had to review a lot of companies for my mold mitigation issue, and I feel very fortunate to have found Madeleine & Leo and their Team. Mold Mitigation estimates can vary wildly, and unfortunately I was dealing with an issue outside the scope of insurance. H2O Restoration was one of the few companies that was reasonably priced, yet I could see had a high standard of quality, service, and proven track record. Leo was great... He always made himself available to me when I reached out, and despite all the coordination that must be done between a few different teams (A/C, rebuild, etc.), he ensured the process went smoothly and on schedule.
