"We had the pleasure of working with Chad & Claudius a second time! After a very professional job a few weeks prior, we asked if they would be able to handle a much larger and significantly more difficult job. My girlfriend moved in with her washer and dryer and wanted them upstairs in our master bath. To that point, we had to go down two levels to the basement to do laundry. There was no setup in our bathroom to do this. The job required new electrical outlets, vent pipes, running wire down two floors through the walls to the breaker box in the basement, and connecting a water line which required additional piping. Oh, and C&C drove down to Lake Lanier from South Carolina each day no less! We had 6 plumbing companies and handymen in to look at the job and quote it. They all said they would work up some numbers and All 6 never responded again. No one wanted to do this job! Chad said it would be difficult but he was up to the challenge. He and Claudius delivered big time! It was more difficult than I imagined but they had a great plan and executed it to perfection. I can't tell you how happy my girlfriend is to have this convenience. Also, it looks like I found our team moving forward. We have had no luck with local plumbers, electricians, and reno companies. They either don't care, aren't skilled, or both. Craftmanship is a thing of the past unless you choose C&C of course. Old school!"

"Joe was very friendly, punctual,very knowledgeable of his work and takes his finished results very seriously. He was there every workday until finished. He explained all details from the beginning very well. 
Demolished bathroom. Removed all 4x4 tile walls to the studs up to 4 ft high. Kept original walls and ceiling above 4ft. removed bathtub and bath area walls and fixtures. Had to replace rotted shower trap at additional cost. Re-piped water to convert to shower.
Constructed shower walls with Durarock, Constructed shower curb and installed shower pan, poured shower floor. Tiled shower walls, floor and bath area floor. installed green board lower half of walls, textured it to contrast the smooth upper wall. Stained and installed a decorative molding along wall to transition smooth to textured wall. Replace rotted toilet flange and installed toilet. Installed new valves and piping for sink. Installed new vanity and sink. Installed lighting and medicine cabinet. Painted all wall areas.
My bathroom is now the best looking room in the house. My experience was very good. Wish I could include photo.

"Tuck&Howell technicians responded quickly to my call about a non-working home AC. The technician diagnosed a blown compressor and since our system was 20 years old recommended AC replacement. We researched and decided to replace both the AC and gas furnace to maximize efficiency. The system was diagnosed on Monday, parts ordered by Wednesday, and new system installed Friday morning - just ahead of a heat wave. (We are priority plus plan members at Tuck&Howell and that may have given us some priority - I recommend their priority plus plan service as well, which we've had for some 15 years or so.) The installation went smoothly and the new system is working great. Be sure to ask for a new thermostat, if needed, when you get a new system installed since it may or may not be included by default. We asked and it was provided. Our unit was a Carrier 3-ton, 14-seer unit with AC and gas furnace."

"A few months ago my rental house had a flood due to a clogged drain outside the lower floor door resulting in an inch or two of water into the living space and carpeted areas including a couple bedrooms of the tenants. Even though we had steam cleaned and set up dehumidifiers I wanted to be sure there were no unseen issues so I contacted Moisture Solutions. They came out the next day and tested and sure enough, even though there were no visible signs of mold or damage, the spore count was well above the acceptable levels. They explained the results and the different options and incremental steps that might need to be taken. After a good cleaning of all the rooms they came out again and fogged the house and had HEPA filter fans running for several days. When they re-tested we got the lab results back showing an 89% reduction in total spore counts, now well below acceptable limits. And so we did not end up having to rip up the carpet or LVT flooring or take other drastic measures. Both tenants in the affected area have told me they feel better and can tell a definite difference in the air quality. "Excellent work. Replaced storm door on the same day the job was requested. Very competent and made sure everything met my satisfaction. A sl8ght problem with the lower door seal came up the next morning. Called them and Jarad said they fully guaranteed their work and they would be out on Monday (called on Saturday morning)morning to correct the problem. Had some problems with the credit care payment going through the processor, but Jarad was extremely patient and cooperative in fixing the problem. Overall, I highly recommend C&S Construction & Handyman Services for any jobs you have."

"Called John to estabish a date and time to do the job.  He arrived upon the agreed time and promptly proceeded to install the new faucet on to the new sink.  He then removed the old sink and support plumbing fixtures.  The installation of the new sink went smoothly except I had purchased inappropriate water supply lines that go from the shutoff valves to the faucets.  John took it upon himself to go out to the hardware store and secure the proper supply lines.  Once they were connected he tighten the sink down onto the counter top and finished the job.
in the faucet we later found a drip from the faucet.  It apparently took some time to fill the faucet line before the leak showed.  Called John who advised he would return the following morning.  Again arrived as stated and quickly found the source which he quickly fixed.  Job complete, wive happy!!!
We have used John's Workshop in the past.  I am very particular regarding quality of work and cost.  John has always met my needs and I have recommended him to many neighbors who have gone on and used his skilled service.
