"Long story short I was attempting to install a new vanity over the copper supply lines for a bathroom sink. I bent the copper pipe which caused it to begin leaking. It was a Sunday night at 5:30 pm. Dan showed up even quicker than he had estimated. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He fixed the leak quickly including making recommendations to replace the 30 year old shut-off valves, which he did at the same time as fixing the leak. He also noticed the outside shutoff valve was leaking and was able to tighten the valve so that it would no longer leak. He made it quick and painless. He tried to make the higher than normal (weekend night) service fee worth the call out for us. Although it was a little more expensive because it was a weekend night, it was nice to know it had been fixed and we could turn the water on again. It was a great experience compared to our previous horrible experiences we had with Mister Quik."

"Eleven years ago, I had a Bradford White electric hot water heater installed for one that was leaking through the bottom. Although I had to replace the elements several times, it never leaked. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing late in the afternoon, and they were here first thing the next morning. They gave me the cost to replace the elements and the cost to install a new Bradford White. This time, it made sense to replace it. They were done by noon with a 3-man team of experts. "The job was clean, timely, and efficient.  I was glad to find a local small business to send the work to.  I would recommend them again for sure.  My only regret is that we waited 5 years to call them!  I can't believe how much difference having a water softner makes!  
I also have to say that I had had several estimates done the year before and their cost was right in the middle or on less expensive end of all the estimates - not so cheap that you wondered about the quality of the work that would be done or the quality of the softner that would be installed, but not so expensive that you thought you were getting taken advantage of.  The price was exactly right where I was hoping it would be.

"I had called Andrew previous to the installation because I wanted to know about the new water heater; how well it was insulated, would it heat  cycle  less often than my 30+ year old heater, thus saving gas and would the pilot be easier to light than the old one, which required literally getting down on the cold, basement floor to light it.  All my concerns were answered  with professionalism and respect.
Andy was a very professional person/plumber/installer. He and I had a pleasant conversation throughout the installation process as I learned more about the process and my new water heater.  We even talked about soldering copper pipes, something I learned about doing many years ago, but which there was no need to do thanks to modern plumbing connections.  Watching Andy, who is a strong young man, haul the old water heater up the 9 steps to my garage and out to the truck where he would carry it away for disposal, made me even more thankful I/we had decided to replace it, it must have weighted close to three hundred pounds!
Andy was very professional and cleaned up any and all mess left after the installation, including wiping up spilled water from the pipes off of the new water heater, The install was estimated to take two hours but from arrival to departure took slightly over 90 minutes.  Very efficient.

"Really excellent company to work with. They performed a big project for us last year replacing several feet of our exterior sewer line and installing a new HVAC unit. They had to put the HVAC unit on top of ground that had been previously completely dug up for the sewer line. A year later the HVAC unit had started to sink in on an angle. I messaged them about it and within a couple days they were here and lifted the unit back up and put rock underneath to keep it from sinking again. Really appreciated their quick response and the effort to help with that. It wasn't their fault erosion happened, but they clearly take pride in their work. Much appreciated!
