"New AC unit in 2016 with recent problem being the third issue with unit since installed. Parts covered by warranty but labor and freon refill not. Most recently coil found leaking and needed to be replaced. I explained to owner past problems including my thought 3 breakdowns was excessive for newer unit. He said he would work with us to get it fixed to our satisfaction and he did just that. I would call them again for HVAC service."

"This is just about everything I appreciate and value in a service provider. Our home has two heat pumps, and both were failing. Andrew quoted on both units in the spring, along with two other local providers. There was a pretty good spread between lowest cost and highest cost estimates, with Comfort Zone just shy of the midpoint between lowest and highest. From the initial discussion about the work involved and related equipment choices, I was sure Andrew was the provider I wanted. He spent time answering my questions during his initial visit and left with no pressure to close the deal. I had several follow-up questions which he always promptly answered via email or phone. "We had a brand new central air unit installed by another company 4 years ago. It never worked the way it should,, the house would never cool down past 78 or 79 degrees in the summer, Bryant had been out to repair it numerous times, they finally admitted they could not fix the problem and installed a bigger unit. We were excited that we could finally have a cool house, only to be disappointed when we turned the air on, it was doing the same thing the other unit did, not cooling the house. They came back out twice after that and told us we needed to put a new breaker box in the house. We ended up calling carrier and ask for a different company to deal with. Jarboe's came out and was in the house about 20 minutes and told us the unit was fine and he had fixed the problem. Our air has been working fine ever since. The hot weeks we had this summer would have been miserable for us if not for them. I'm so happy we were turned on to Jarboes, I would recommend them to anyone."
