But I chose them because the owner's son, Frank (I believe that's his name . . . they were here in July, so obviously this is a delayed review), was patient in answering all of my myriad questions and I appreciated that. He came back to do the job at the kitchen sink, and he did it well. Ultimately, I didn't need to address either of the other two things I had initially got estimates for (though I might have to with one of them . . . my fingers are crossed). I give them a "B" on price because I can't accurately gauge the market price for the service that was rendered, but since Super Rooter was in line with the others I'll give them a positive grade. And I give them a "B" on responsiveness because after Frank went back to the office with marching orders to have them follow up to set up a service call, I never heard from them. And so, several days later, I was surprised when Frank rang my doorbell with tools in hand. This is a family-run business, and evidently the mother and/or sister responsible for making appointments fumbled the assignment because they never called me. It’s a good thing I work from home and was around. I probably should give them a “C” for that, but Frank helped them gain the “B” when he called to say he’d be late before arriving to give the initial estimate. Regardless, I won’t hesitate to call Super Rooter if and when the next plumbing issue arises."

We scheduled and the systems were installed by Dylan, who was professional and efficient. He answered my questions and told me what I needed to know to feel comfortable with my new system. He also cleaned up beautifully, leaving my garage in perfect order. In the time since installation there is a noticeable difference in the water. I also feel like my skin is benefitting from the softer water. and the acidic levels in my well water are controlled."

"The job went extremely well. Hector came out on Sunday to give me an estimate and was able to do the job a few days later. He installed and painted a new door in the bathroom. I am really pleased with the results. Hector cleaned up all the debris and removed the old door from the premises. I am so glad I found him on Angie's List and is in the process of scheduling other jobs for him to do in the future. They got it in there pretty quickly, within a couple of days of calling them. What stood out the most about them was their timeliness.
