This company showed up when they were suppose to and completed the work on my basement in a timely matter. I had to contact this company to come back out after the work was done but come to find out, the problem we experienced was not due to any of the work this company had previously done however they still repaired the problem without charging us anymore money. "The Foundation Doctor did a great job! Don appeared to be very knowledgeable about foundations and drainage issues. He gave some very helpful suggestions, and actually recommended that we do less work than we thought we might have to do. There were a few delays in the process due to weather and other circumstances that Don couldn't foresee or control, but he kept us informed about the process--and delays--along the way. His team did some repointing of mortar for us which was a little messy. When we asked Don about this, he and his team came back to our home and cleaned things up pretty well. We were very pleased with the work Foundation Doctor did, and have found that it pretty much corrected our basement water problem. We have been managing that for many years, so we wish we had called them sooner!"

".From the first call they made me feel comfortable. The salesman Doug set a date and keep it.  Doug came out looked at my basement, give me two choices told me about each in detailed. Gave me my free estimate and no pressure thanked me for having him in my home and to let him know what I thought.  Four days later another company called the day before our meeting and said he could give me estimate over the phone if I could describle what was happening. His bid was $9000.00 with out seeing the job.  Americrawl bid was $1500 and $1206. I went with the $1500and a appointment was set. In the meantime My husband and I had to take down some removable walls in doing so we found that years ago the system the were going to do was already done to a point. I called Doug and told him that I thought maybe the job won't be as big as first thought. Doug had me send him pictures of the area. Turn out was right , but the appointment was keep and instead of 30' of pipe they only had to do 10'. The three men that came covered the area the floor all the way to door, and cleaned up you would have not known they were even here. I ever had anthing leak again I will call Americrawl. Also my bill will be adjusted do to the difference in pipe. They didn't even say anything about the bill I had to ask. <br />"

"My first encounter with United Structural Systems company ( USS) was last year, when I had to face the decision which company I go for foundation repair at my house in West Virginia. It was equal bids on my project from two companies USS and Alltek. Unfortunately for me, I made the decision to go with Alltek Environmental Services company at that time. Foundation repair was finished in August 2019 by Alltek (please read my review, that I placed separately for Alltek). 48,000 dollars payment later foundation been done. I finally be able to place my house for sale this year and come to realization, after inspection is done on the house, that it is a presence of water leak in the storage area. I could not believe, how it is possible, when the foundation repair was just done 8 months ago. I guess, things were not done properly after all. After numerous attempts to contact Alltek company, I finally be able to get the response with another promise to “fix it” in the amount of $9,200 or later for free…if I take off my review of their company from homeadvisor.com. Lack of professionalism, poor craftsmanship and PR was major disappointment for me. To be honest, after I been treating inferiorly by Alltek, I did not have any desire to go back to the same company. I was looking for second opinion how to resolve these issues. I decided to reach out again United Structural (who I was hoped to remember me from last year) and explain my dilemma. Bobby K. (Sales Manager for USS) come to the rescue! He was willing to give me his unbiased opinion on the situation. Bobby K, “commander in charge”, went to the house and informed me, that “downspout lines were never installed, the part on top of the ground went nowhere and tie back patch was poor quality”. Simply put it, Alltek did a mediocre job. I immediately made the decision go ahead and proceed with United Structural Systems company for repair of the mistakes. I cannot say enough praise for the USS company and manager Bobby K. This re-du project was done in timely matter, communication was superior ( needless to say I live out of state and it was never an issue), area after the job was clean up to perfection and…the garage/storage area now look dry bone and beautiful. Awhhhh... maybe I should not sell my house after all?! I have a buyer on the house, and I am closing in 2 weeks and can say with all honesty, I could not do that without United Structural help. It was exceedingly difficult situation for me, and it was resolved by USS company with flying colors. Thank you again USS. I recommend you without any hesitation!!! "Eric Harvey was one of several contractors we interviewed for hail repairs to our two story home.   If there was a problem, like the ridge vent on the porch roof  that wasn't installed, he had called his crew immediately.  He was hear within an hour to confirm it was fixed.  Even when one of the shingles blew off while installing and scratched my car, he offered to have it repaired.  I chose not to because it's a 13 year old car and the last thing I'm worried about was the paint.  Great guy.  He was not the cheapest, but he also did not try to nickle and dime my insurance company for every little bit of damage.  One contractor wanted to completely replace my fence when I could only see a couple of minor "dents" in the wooden slats.  They're supposed to look rustic, that was part of the HOA!  He's not perfect, but did explain any reason he was late or the work was delayed, all to my great satisfaction.  He also took the time to explain to us how to file for reimbursement of any owner repairs we did and gave us an example copy to work with!  He has finished the roof and the valleys and vents look like perfect installations.  The gutters went up in a day and were a perfect match to the exterior color.  The siding is still in progress.  It looks like some of the severe weather this year has cleaned out the siding warehouses.   <br /> <br />"
