I called office on 07/26/2019 (same day as original estimate) to see how much to replace 2nd unit and was told it was late in the day but someone would call back on Monday. I responded to email to make sure there was a record of my request since companies tend to get busy. On Monday I called again and was told that Kade wasn't in the office but the office person said that she thought someone was working on the price. She said I would get a call back. A week later, no call. I guess they don't need my $12,000. Estimate order number: 001085-1. "Review of inspection and estimate bid process. This is a solid, honest, and professional company. Thank you to Ivan who came out to the property to assess a mainline leak by our sidewalk. He offered impeccable service and respect with understanding of my needs for plumbing repairs. All City came through with requested bids for both a 2 foot patch repair and a full water mainline replacement for several types of piping and methods. Ivan provided proper legal estimate contracts and scope of work details, responded promptly and courteously to all phone calls, emails and texts. As it turned out the County Public Works Department easily fixed the connector leak when repairing the sidewalk concrete and the mainline was confirmed as stable. The mainline had been replaced prior, unbeknownst to me. No extra repairs were needed. I definitely would have contracted All City to do this repair if it was necessary. Ivan is the best, very kind and polite as was the office staff and Dominic who booked the appointment. I’m glad All City is in the OC area! "We are in the process of having both our dirty & clean water lines completely changed, which is a huge project. Several of the great Service Champion technicians have had to dig huge holes & long trenches, with the additional obstacle of having to cut through huge roots, from an enormous tree in front of our house, that have literally taking over our front yard & destroyed the pipes. They also cut through cement & even â  jackhammeredâ  through an enormous patch of concrete that was about a foot deep, which took a lot of time & muscle to remove! This was definitely an amazing example of â  good deeds for freeâ  . We had so many different, excellent technicians coming & going, who did a tremendous job for us, but I unfortunately cannot remember everybodyâ  s names. There are two guys who actually have been working at our house the most, so Iâ  d like to recognize them (big Chris & Ryan). They are both terrific examples of the Service Champions model, and are excellent in their trade! They have worked very hard & have been a great help in so many different ways, helping to make this difficult process much easier for our family!
