He immediately set up around eight air blowers and dehumidifiers and assured me he would guide me through the process of submitting a claim to my insurance company. However, the nightmare began when James assigned a supervisor, Robert Medina, to oversee my case. Since February 1, 2025, I have been left without a kitchen, and the entire process has been incredibly frustrating. Despite being paid for services that were never delivered, my attempts to reach James have been met with complete silence. Robert claims that my case is out of his hands, leaving me feeling abandoned and helpless. In hindsight, I wish I had done my research before choosing this company. I?ve since discovered that Restore Tactics has multiple lawsuits against them, including one involving a church. This raises serious concerns about their business practices "

The plans were approved with their help and now that the unit is permitted for occupancy, the windows are a lovely attribute to the space."
