"They were very efficient working together, getting the job done, They trim the two trees and cleaned up all debris leaving everything looking great. We will definitely use them again!!"

"Project was huge... it involved gas, electric, water, tiling, pavers - and plants! We interviewed several companies, but after talking with Derek and seeing the design he and his wife were able to create and render in video there was really no question who we would hire. Derek stayed with the project throughout, shopping for tile with us, managing the inevitable change orders and helping convey our thoughts/ideas to the construction crew. The construction crew was multi-disciplined and managed by Darrell... who was fantastic and available to answer questions throughout construction and even after the job was completed. Communication with the office staff was consistent and clear - we always knew when a crew was coming to work. No job of this scope is without snags; the initial set up took longer than we would have liked. The first round of plants did not survive. We even changed a few plan aspects as the crew was working (we were likely considered pains in the neck more than once by more than one crew member - but the message from the workers was always the same... "This is a custom project for you; we want you to be happy." ). We knew there would be snags and would recommend this company highly because they knew how to handle them - and wanted to. The point is not to get it perfect all at once. The point is to get it right. And they did. We would recommend them highly."

"Don t take a chance with the cheapest quote. They have the best product and service in the state."

"Dany and his crew did a great job and delivered what was promised!!!! Painted my whole residential exterior home. First, fixed all that was needed and prepping before painting. Very professional, came on time, friendly, clean, excellent work, great price! Highly recommended! I will definitely hire them again!! Thank you! I'm a very happy customer :)"

"Our house was overdue for paint, so Bila's team had extra work in the preparation stages.  Overall, they did a very nice job - especially so considering that I only paid $2K to paint a 2600 sq ft, two story house.  I'll definitely use their services again.

"Excellent job! Top notch from start to finish! Honestly I had already made my flooring choices and was only interested in an installer. Rolando came out with samples for an estimate. Based on our conversation he had brought a small hand full of samples. Sure enough one that he brought was much nicer then the one I had originally selected. He gave me a great price on the tile and carpeting. (Very competitive). He was flexible with a start date and the installers were on time, professional and serious about their craft. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy! No regrets at all! I would highly recommend Rolando and his team! First class all the way! I'm getting rave reviews from everyone that sees my flooring! Btw I'm not easy to please and I am rarely satisfies with service these days but they surpassed all my expectations."

"Wonderful.  This was a very tough job as the main object was to install used cabinets and arranging the cabinets took some creative work..  This included bring power through the floor to a new island.  Much repair needed to be done to the cabinets and in the absence of a cabinet to cover the stove vent we needed to install a stove hood with a chimney.  The old Mexican tile floor in the kitchen had broken tiles and tiles needed to be replaced where the floor was cut for the power line.  On top of all this there was a deadline of approximately a month.

This owner was on site during most of the work and was constantly checking with us regarding our wishes.  When he was told of our wishes he remembered them even weeks away and executed them as we wished.    He built cabinetry when there were missing pieces and matched the stain on the original cabinets extremely well.  At all times he and his workers were courteous and diligent.  Their efforts to minimize construction dust and dirt were great.  They vacuumed and cleaned the area at the end of each day.

When there were challenges in decisions or in the work needed he gave wonderful suggestions.   Small touches like replacing all electrical outlets to match the paint more closely were fabulous.    Moving an outlet inside the cabinets and an under-cabinet electrical bar for the appliance center were very successful.  These are a few of the examples which took a humble cabinet installation into a remodel beyond my wildest dreams.

He went far beyond our expectations in making custom crown molding to blend with the cabinet style.  I thought this would be more money, but it was included in the price quoted.  Floor tiles needed to be repaired and replaced (old Mexican octagon and dot pattern no longer made).  The replacement was so successful that a number of guests have commented on the excellent tile work.

The original quote was given with extremely detailed diagrams and descriptions.  We thought of it as a little high, however we now realize it is a bargain with the extraordinary care taken by the contractor.  The cost of the job was under the quoted cost.  Change orders were very reasonable.

Our home is old and needs lots of work which we will be doing over time as money allows.  We will be continuing to use this contractor.

"We had purchased a deal for 3 hours of drywall repair and were actually slow to contact the provider because we had some other projects in the work, like moving some lights that would require their services.  Despite the delay on our end, Pearl Painting was almost instantaneous in responding to our request to schedule.  They were accommodating about scheduling a time that worked for us.  We did end up rescheduling once Jonathan came out but that was because of the extent of the work we wanted done once he arrived.  Our house has had some very bad patching and texturing by previous owners on top of our own remodling.  Jonathan was able to identify some areas he said he could easily fix that we didnt think were possible, and others he was honest enough to say that cannot be done with just a squirt of can texture.  So we scheduled a new time he could use the hopper to properly texture the walls with the quality we wanted.  When Jonathan came back, the job went flawlessly and they did a good cleanup job. We chose to do the sanding and re-painting ourselves to maximize his time on the actual repair and texture we do not have tools and expertise for, but Jonathan was very nice to explain the best process for us to complete the final prep of the new texture so it would match the rest of our walls.  Jonathan had told us up front, what we wanted done would take an additional hour of labor and that is exactly how it turned out, so there were no surprises on the bill.
We were so happy with the service my wife contracted him to paint a spare bedroom we have not gotten around to yet before they left.
