"Excellent job! Top notch from start to finish! Honestly I had already made my flooring choices and was only interested in an installer. Rolando came out with samples for an estimate. Based on our conversation he had brought a small hand full of samples. Sure enough one that he brought was much nicer then the one I had originally selected. He gave me a great price on the tile and carpeting. (Very competitive). He was flexible with a start date and the installers were on time, professional and serious about their craft. "B Ann was amazing. We hired them to totally redo our master bath. It was a bear of a job. Walls were moved. Fixtures relocated. They took it down to the studs. Tony was very easy to work with. He went above and beyond at every level. Tony and his team treated my home with the utmost respect. I was kept informed every step of the way. Small upgrades were done at no cost. Tony and his team rose to the challenge. They even brought in Amazon packages, and brought our trash cans back to the carport on trash day. The new bathroom is so beautiful. "We had purchased a deal for 3 hours of drywall repair and were actually slow to contact the provider because we had some other projects in the work, like moving some lights that would require their services.  Despite the delay on our end, Pearl Painting was almost instantaneous in responding to our request to schedule.  They were accommodating about scheduling a time that worked for us.  We did end up rescheduling once Jonathan came out but that was because of the extent of the work we wanted done once he arrived.  Our house has had some very bad patching and texturing by previous owners on top of our own remodling.  Jonathan was able to identify some areas he said he could easily fix that we didnt think were possible, and others he was honest enough to say that cannot be done with just a squirt of can texture.  So we scheduled a new time he could use the hopper to properly texture the walls with the quality we wanted.  When Jonathan came back, the job went flawlessly and they did a good cleanup job. We chose to do the sanding and re-painting ourselves to maximize his time on the actual repair and texture we do not have tools and expertise for, but Jonathan was very nice to explain the best process for us to complete the final prep of the new texture so it would match the rest of our walls.  Jonathan had told us up front, what we wanted done would take an additional hour of labor and that is exactly how it turned out, so there were no surprises on the bill.
We were so happy with the service my wife contracted him to paint a spare bedroom we have not gotten around to yet before they left.
