"Ragsdale was able to work in an appointment for me with two day notice. My drain from the attic was completely clogged. After several attempts to clear the pipe the technician installed a new condensate pump and tapped to the water line to drain fixing the problem and future proofing my system in the attic. This took a couple hours total and the work was completed at 8pm .. great service and the price was right .."

"Wayne arrived on time and was friendly and professional. Our capacitor was dead and so he installed a temporary to see if that was the only problem. Unfortunately it wasn't. All the freon had leaked out over the winter. Wayne added a small amount at no cost to us so he could determine where the leak was located and then presented me with all my options from simply replacing the capacitor and freon (not reccommended as the current price of freon is high and it could all leak out again quickly) to replacing the a/c system. Since our a/c is 16 years old it is time for a new  more efficient system. He wrote me up a reasonable estimate and we will probably go with Dayco after getting 2 more estimates for comparison's sake. Wayne was at my home for over an hour and took plenty of time to explain everything to me. I was charged the agreed upon price for the service call which will be deducted from the cost of the new unit if we use Dayco. All in all a positive experience.
