Repeated request to remedy the situation have been ignored. First and last time user of Angie's services. I am non verbal. NO PHONE CALLS. I want to see someone in person . "

"4J plumbing was quick to respond to an anxious lady with water coming out of my ceiling. It was Friday night, after hours and they arrived swiftly as possible to my remote location. They listened to me which is huge. They found what was wrong, unclogged the pipe, ran water through and watched that it was not leaking any more. He took time to educate me, who knew the ac unit dropped through the pipes! He gave me recommendations and instructions to prevent mold. He was a very respectful young man and they were done in an hour. They even took the trash from the Sheetrock and insulation though I put a trash can beside them. The price was reasonable for after hours. Don’t hesitate to call them for your needs! "

We scheduled a time to come and go under the house to check what needed to be done. Kept me in the loop at all times. "If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! "Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"The installers are great I own hvac company for over 30years an I was taught when you do something do it right because your name on that job .I feel the installers did that I'm pickie but didn't have to worry about anything they were just as pickie as I'm on doing a great job"
