"Quality work! Very pleased and plan on doing more home projects with AML."

"Gary and his team did a great job replacing the long stairway and steps to my rooftop deck. Everything from the estimate through completion of the project was professionally handled. The end result looks great. Highly recommend them."

"I've worked with Dave now for several years on projects of less than $1000 and projects up to $100,000. No matter the cost, the same attention to detail is given. I find Dave to be honest, fair, trustworthy, and very hard working. Most recently, D&R Improvements repaired significant structural issues, installed new windows and Hardy siding. It was a large, daunting project, but throughout the process I had confidence in Dave and Wayne's abilities to restore the home to a condition I can be proud of. I strongly recommend them for any renovation, addition, or repair."

"George and his crew did an outstanding job! They were prompt, courteous, professional and really seemed to enjoy their work. George came to meet with us to estimate the work and provided us a quote within 1 business day. From estimate to completion, the team completed the job in 5 business days.
After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.
Overall, we were extremely happy with the quality of the work and would highly recommend George's painting to others!

"I have hired Castillo Construction for several projects, including roofing, building porches, subfloor repair, flooring installation, etc. And I fully intend to hire them again in the future. They are exceptional. Punctual. Thorough. Respectful. Very reasonably priced. Fast. They are everything you hope your contractor will be. Highly recommended them."

"I had a problem with his approach or professionalism. He volunteered to do certain things and I told him no. Then he insisted. I think he was unprofessional in some of his conversation. He was directly rude. I just think he doesn't know any better. He needs to work on his professionalism. I realize he saw some items that needed work. But I said no the first time. We can do without the commentary (etc. It looks horrible). He also left some equipment behind. I called and said you left some equipment (which was not a problem) where do you want me to put it because I won't be here. He reiterated what he said the last time. I had already told him No. We were not going to use him at first because of his demeanor and behavior. But his price was sort of reasonable and affordable. Again I can't say anything about his quality of work. But his professionalism. It's not worth me using him again."

"Have hired Eric for several jobs including masonry repair, general home improvement, and rental turn over. He's always done a great job and in a timely manner"

"The whole process from our first walk through the model homes to closing and even the support afterwards has been so personal and much less stressful than it would have been without such talented, responsive, professional and capable leaders. The design center experience was so much fun despite the pressure of so many choices. The support and communication from our sale representative and construction manager throughout the building process was phenomenal. And now that we have moved in and are enjoying our new home, we continue to be impressed with amazing customer service and support. We can honestly highly recommend ANDRADE CONSTRUCTION to others and be excited for their journey. Huge thank you to MR. ABRAHAM"

"EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!  Called them cold on a Sunday night from my DC home to repair many shingle caps that had blown off the peak of our roof of our townhome in OC- I could see daylight from the attic and the insulation was wet.  They were on my roof Monday morning, in the rain, fixing it completely.  They took before and after photos on the roof so I could see exactly what they had done. They also replaced a cracked vent pipe boot.
Very easy to deal with, good communications, knowledgeable and professional.
