"Had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe, in tight quarters. Found Doug on the internet, he picked up the call. Told me he'd call me back to discuss that evening... and actually did (a rarity). Had me text pictures and based on those figured out the approach and said he'd come the next day. Came when he said he would and fixed the problem inside of an hour. "I had a great experience with this plumber! He arrived right on time and was very professional and friendly from the start. I had a leak in the plumbing in the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom and he took the time to explain exactly was going on. He even went under the house (in the cold and dark) to inspect the issue further and took pictures so I could clearly see the problem myself. He explained the repair in a way that was easy to understand and fixed the leak quickly ad professionally. I really appreciated his honestly, communication and the quality of his work. Everything is working perfectly now! I definitely would recommend him and would happily call and refer him if I ever need a plumber's help!!"
