"Chris worked with my availability and scheduled my appointment when it was convenient for both of us. Chris called an hour prior to the scheduled time to confirm and arrived on time. After the garage door spring was installed Chris performed an inspection of the entire garage door and recommended that I replace the rollers. The quote to replace the rollers was extremely reasonable so we agreed to have the work done. I am satisfied with the work that Chris performed and I would recommend his services to anyone that needs work performed on a garage door."

He quickly determined that I had incorrectly reported the height of my door when I spoke to the salesperson on the telephone. He was able to contact his warehouse and locate the part he needed (a longer track), then picked it up and returned with it. He was polite, professional, and seemed quite experienced. <br /> The unit being replaced mounted on the wall above the door, unlike the replacement, which mounts near the center of the garage ceiling, as is more common. Consequently, the technician had to remove the old unit, and do the new installation from scratch.
