"This repair went far, far better than expected. Chase diagnosed the problem quickly and FIXED it, the main incoming water line broke right at the house slab. A very difficult job in an equally difficult location, and he was polite from start to finish. We never dreamed this break repair could be finished in one day. He added new hardware and elevated the old valve back to ground level, as well. From his additional information, we have the tools for observation and maintenance in the future."

"Today Kory came over to determine what was the cause of my water heater malfunction. He was very professional, cordial, and personable. After inspecting the water heater, he sat down with me to discuss several different options regarding how to approach the repairs/replacement. He was quite patient; he answered my questions and listened to my concerns. He will be returning tomorrow morning with an associate to address the issues with the water heater. I am attaching a picture of the present water heater, along with a photo of the "Flood Stop" device to which it is attached.
